It serves hand-made thin-crust pizzas with Filipino-inspired flavors, rice bowls and pica-pica, hosts live local music and Quiz Night Cebu trivia every Friday, and has a function room for up to 40 guests. "Handuraw" (pronounced han-doo-rau) is Cebuano for "the power to imagine."

- Capacity: up to 40 guests; for birthdays, meetings and small events.
- Rate: PHP 3,000 for 3 hours, of which PHP 2,000 is consumable on food and drinks.
- Extra hour: PHP 500 per hour (non-consumable).
- Included free: air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, whiteboard, Philippine flag, microphone and Bluetooth speaker.

- Owner: Kasidlakan Incorporated, a company of the Pestaño-Smith family.
- 2004: Opened as "Handuraw Events Café" in Mabolo, Cebu City — a venue for full bands and upcoming Cebuano talent.
- 2007: Handuraw Pizza opened in an old house on Gorordo Avenue with live music every night.
- 2012–2015: Branches at JY Square, Kasambagan and Mango Square.
- Mid-2023: Moved to its current, more spacious home in Subangdaku, Mandaue City.
